同善堂成立132年以來，始終秉承以“同心濟世，善氣迎人”的宗旨，致力於服務社會實際需要，提供慈善救濟服務。作為澳門現存歷史上最悠久的民間綜合慈善機構之一，本堂的贈醫施藥服務深受市民歡迎和信賴。為響應經濟適度多元發展政策及“一基地”建設，本堂近年着意加強推廣中醫藥大健康產業，以助力推動屬下各項慈善服務高質量發展。通過將中華傳統慈善文化與中醫藥相結合，本堂藉多渠道推廣中醫藥文化，加深大眾對中醫藥知識的了解並積極推動「藥食同源」文化，鼓勵市民認識更多中醫藥養生保健知識。
今年，同善堂提供的免費教育服務迎來一百周年。本堂堅持有教無類，以生為本，德育為先，積極執行及推動教育及青年發展局的教育制度和指引，與家長攜手共同努力，為學生提供優質的教育。在免費托兒方面，本堂緊貼時代的步伐，配合社工局的托育政策，不斷審視及調整托育服務的安排。為提升托育服務的水平，托兒所保育人員積極定期參與相關培訓課程，持續加強實務能力和專業素質，確保幼兒在安全、舒適的環境下得到妥善的照顧和教育。
得益於澳門特區政府的支持及社會各界熱心人士的慷慨捐獻，同善堂的慈善服務得以穩步發展。隨着項目的增加，各項慈善服務的開支亦隨之增長。本堂的日常運作主要依靠每年一度的“沿門勸捐”活動，籌募所得的經費，且善長的每一分捐贈，都用在維持本堂各項慈善項目的工作中。敬祈各界善長仁翁一如既往慷慨解囊，通過“沿門勸捐”活動眾擎易舉，宣揚同心同德精神，共維慈善公益服務。

With a history spanning 132 years, Tung Sin Tong has been steadfast in its commitment to serve the community in line with its principle, ‘common wish to benefit society, virtuous atmosphere to welcome all’, according to the actual needs from the society, while actively engaging and enhancing both the scope and quality of its charitable services. As one of the oldest integrated charity institutions in Macao’s history, Tung Sin Tong has garnered widespread public trust and appreciation for its free medical services. In alignment with the development plan for the appropriate economic diversification of Macao and the construction of the 'One Base' initiative, Tung Sin Tong is keen on promoting the Traditional Chinese Medicine and Big Health Industry, helping to further facilitate the high-quality development across its charitable services. Tung Sin Tong has integrated the traditional Chinese charity culture with Chinese medicine. Through multi-channel promotion, Tung Sin Tong enhances the public's understanding of traditional Chinese medicine, and actively promotes the 'Food and Medicine Homology' culture, enabling citizens to gain a deeper knowledge of various health and wellness practices rooted in traditional Chinese medicine.
This year also marks the 100th anniversary of Tung Sin Tong School’s free education service. We have adhered to the principle of providing education without discrimination, student-oriented, and moral education first. We actively implement and promote the education system and guidelines of the Education and Youth Development Bureau, working hand in hand with parents to provide quality education for students. In terms of free childcare services, we keep pace with times, while aligning with the Social Welfare Department's childcare policies. We continuously review and adjust our arrangements for childcare services to optimize the level of care. Nursery workers actively participate in relevant professional training courses regularly to enhance their professional competence, which ensures that young children receive proper care and instruction in a safe and comfortable environment.
Relying on the generous support of Macao Special Administrative Region Government and the donation of philanthropists, Tung Sin Tong is forging ahead in its charity services. With the expansion of our scope of services, the expenditure also multiplies. The Annual Fund-Raising Campaign is the major source of income of Tung Sin Tong and all the public donations would therefore go directly to Tung Sin Tong's services to benefit a wider community. To provide better service for the citizens, all the charity services from Tung Sin Tong have been kept abreast of time. We wish to raise fund for our annual expenditure while continuing to promote the virtue of “mutual help within the community”. Thus, we appeal to all donors to generously support this gracious act of social welfare commitment.
