同善堂自1892年成立至今，由最初實現華人自救，施贈丸散援助貧苦大眾的基本慈善救濟服務，逐步拓展至今涵蓋“生、老、病、死”人生不同階段的慈善施濟服務。在經歷逾百年的時代變遷和因時制宜的經驗總結，本堂始終緊貼民生的需求及社會的發展，改革創新各項服務。本堂持續拓展現代化、多元化的慈善項目，目前主要的服務範疇包括：助貧施濟、贈醫施藥、免費教育、免費托兒、敬老護老等，提供切合現代社會需要的援助服務，惠及貧黎。
時代在變，善心不變。133年來，同善堂全體同仁不忘初心，秉承“同心濟世，善氣迎人”的宗旨，對慈善服務的堅持得到社會認同、政府支持和善長信任。本堂作為澳門現存歷史上最悠久的民間綜合慈善機構之一，提供的所有服務全部免費。近年本堂更積極配合澳門特區政府適度多元化發展規劃，“一中心、一平台、一基地”中的“一基地”建設，協力推動其中中醫藥大健康產業的發展。對外不但在線上以微信公眾號發放“同善養生小知識”圖文包、線下與本澳多個休閑企業、機構和社團等合作，積極推廣傳統養生和慈善精神。以“中醫藥+銀髮手工藝”結合，一方面向本澳市民和往來的旅客推廣“藥食同源”文化，另一方面助力長者發掘一技之長、展現樂齡活力，尤其受歡迎。冀望藉不同途徑宣傳本堂慈善服務之餘，推廣中醫藥文化和弘揚中華優秀傳統文化，傳播正能量，讓善舉溫暖社群、充實耆老生活。
同善堂的慈善服務得以與時俱進、穩步發展，實在有賴澳門特區政府的支持及社會各界熱心人士的慷慨捐獻。隨着服務的不斷拓展，項目開支之而隨增，今藉“沿門勸捐”活動籌募本年度經費，敬祈各界善長仁翁一如既往慷慨解囊，眾擎易舉，集腋成裘，共維慈善公益服務。

Since its founding in 1892, Tung Sin Tong has evolved from initially achieving self-help within the Chinese community by providing free medicines to aid the underprivileged, to gradually expanding its charitable relief services covering all stages of life—"birth, aging, illness, and death." Over a century of adapting to societal changes and inferring from experiences, the organization has consistently kept pace with the needs of the people and the development of society, reforming and innovating its various services. Tung Sin Tong continues to develop modernized and diversified charitable initiatives. Its current main service areas include: poverty alleviation and relief, free medical care and medicine, free education, free childcare, and free elderly care, providing tailored assistance to the needs of modern society to benefit the disadvantaged ones.
Times change, but compassion remains. For 133 years, the colleagues of Tung Sin Tong have never lost sight of their original aspiration, adhering to the mission of "Delivering benevolence with united heart, greeting all with kindness." Our commitment to charitable services has earned social recognition, government support, and the trust of benefactors. As one of Macao's oldest comprehensive civil charitable organizations in existence, all services provided by Tung Sin Tong are basically free of charge. In recent years, Tung Sin Tong has actively aligned itself with the Macao SAR Government's policy for appropriate diversified development, particularly supporting the construction of the "One Base" within the "One Center, One Platform, One Base" framework, and collaboratively promoting the development of the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) health industry. The organization has not only utilized its WeChat official account to release graphic packages of "Tong Sin Health Tips" online for public outreach, but also partnered with various leisure enterprises, institutions, and associations in Macao offline to actively promote traditional wellness and the spirit of charity. By integrating "TCM + Silver Hair Handicrafts," the initiative has proven particularly popular. On one hand, it promotes the culture of "medicinal food homology" among Macao residents and tourists; on the other hand, it helps seniors discover their strengths and showcase vitality in their golden years. Through these diverse channels, Tung Sin Tong aims to not only raise awareness of its charitable services but also promote TCM culture and carry forward the excellence of traditional Chinese culture, spreading positive energy to warm the community and enrich the lives of the elderly.
The charitable services of Tung Sin Tong have been able to progress with the times and develop steadily, thanks to the support of the Macao SAR Government and the generous donations of caring individuals from all sectors of the society. As our services continue to expand, project costs have correspondingly increased. We are now raising funds for this year’s expenses through " The Annual Fund-Raising Campaign”. We sincerely appeal to all kind-hearted benefactors to generously contribute as always. With many hands making light work and many small contributions adding up to make a significant impact, let us work together to sustain charitable and public welfare services.
